Aerospace Engineering

Hello! Here at the METU NCC Aerospace Engineering Program, we work on the design, analysis, and production of a wide range of systems — from airplanes to rockets, satellites to unmanned aerial vehicles. We gain both theoretical and practical knowledge in areas such as aerodynamics, structures, propulsion systems, and flight control. The program is not limited to aviation alone; it is deeply connected with mechanical, electronic, and software disciplines.

Thanks to a curriculum shaped by the expertise of METU Ankara, we graduate with a strong technical foundation. Our professors closely follow developments in the industry, and the content of our courses is continuously updated to reflect the latest advancements.

Upon graduation, we have the opportunity to work in various fields such as the defense industry, space technologies, airlines, and maintenance-repair centers. With the interdisciplinary knowledge we gain, we can also pursue careers in the automotive, energy, and R&D sectors.
